first of all, i never read the book. when i first saw the trailer of the chronicles of narnia, i immediately felt that this movie must be good. and it was really good! the movie impressed me with stunning visuals, sharp dialogue and majestic score. i guess there were many changes which were differed from the novel version, but it didn’t make the movie less interesting at all.
four main childrens were really good, espcially georgie henley (in a role of lucy pevensie). jadis, the white witch was incredible (i’ve been her fan since she put one of her feet on keanu’s face in “constantine” ) and her in-battle actions with two swords in her hands was amazingly elegant.
this movie is strongly recommended.
(there were scenes that i almost cried)
