算額 【さんがく】 sangaku is the name of this special modded case. it was made of wood and acrylic. one side was painted as the silhouette of bamboo, another side could be open just like the japanese slide doors. i wish i had a case just like that. more pictures can be found here and to see how he did it, click here.
