looks like msn messenger 8 will be launched sometime next year with several new interesting features such as built-in windows media player 10, pause/resumed file transfers (apparently icq somehow has the feature since the last century! ), animated display pictures, and offline voice/message machine (it would be great if we can leave messages on the microsoft’s server for offline friends just like icq) // on the right is conceptual design, you can view the larger one here. of course it’s fake. unlikely microsoft could do such a thing!
