first song is from a five-time grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, and author, gloria estefan. taken from the album, christmas through your eyes. “overture – silver bell” is one of the best christmas songs with warm and elegant orchestral fanfare treat. / second song is from modern gospel vocal group, point of grace. they bring back some old sensational tunes and spice it up a little bit. their version of “santa claus is comin’ to town” is absolutely brilliant. / the third song is from the queen of country music, reba mcentire. i really don’t listen to this genre much, but i like her rendition of the song “i saw mommy kissing santa claus”

the fourth song is from american singer & song writer, natalie cole. what can i say… her version of “my grown-up christmas list” is on the top of my favorite above all others who also covered this song. / the fifth song is from country-pop artist, martina mcbride, with the song “let it snow, let it snow, let it snow” such a delightful song. / the sixth song is from german singer & actress, jeanette biedermann with the song “mr. santa claus” it’s too hard to resist, so fluffy, so cute!

the seventh song is from contemporary artist, vanessa williams. i love her version of “joy to the world” very much, featuring the voice of brian mcknight . vanessa is one of my favorite artists who released christmas album two times. / the eight song is from jewel kilcher. her rendition of “rudolph the red-nosed reindeer” is superb! / the ninth song is from british girl group, girls aloud. they didn’t actually release a christmas album. it’s in fact is a bonus disc that came with special christmas edition of their third album (with alternative cover, of course). their version of “jingle bell rock” is quite nice.

the tenth song is from american contemporay jazz singer, dianne reeves. her rendition of “the christmas song” is one of the best versions out there, just listen and you’ll know. / the eleventh song is from canadian jazz pianist & singer, diana krall with the song “winter wonderland” in jazzy style accompanied by clayton/hamilton jazz orchestra. / and the twelfth song of christmas! is from marie michèle desrosiers with the song “noël blanc.”
