Alice in Wonderland | Tim Burton (2010) ★★★½☆
Alice in Wonderland is a film based on the extension of Lewis Carroll’s famous novel “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.” It is the live-action + animated feature film.

The story takes place when alice turns nineteen years old and returns to the underland, a place that she had visited many times in the past but she always believe those were just her delusional dreams. She is now back at the underland as it was foretold by the prophet. She must defeat the Jabberwocky, a dragon of the red queen and gives back the throne to the white queen.

The visual illustrated by the one and only Tim Burton alone is just amazing as a movie could be. Also with great performance by familiar cast such as Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, and Helena Bonham carter accompanied by the music composed by Danny Elfman. The story is a bit weird and shallow somehow, but I do enjoy watching this film so much, in 3D of course. Totally bias, if i may say. Now please run along and catch in cinema if you can.
